Onis Vastgoed acquires Sanders Meubelstad location in Utrecht

Onis Vastgoed B.V., a property developer from Zwolle, has recently acquired the complex at Winthontlaan 4-6 in Utrecht. Until the spring of 2009, this complex housed Sanders Meubelstad and other companies.
PingProperties acted on behalf of the investment consortium in the sale of Winthontlaan. The property was owned by PingProperties Office Fund I.
Onis Vastgoed B.V. has ambitious and very concrete plans for redevelopment of the site which has a total area of approx. 10,000 sqm and is situated in a high-profile location near the A-12 motorway at a short distance from Utrecht city centre.
Discussions with the Municipality about the establishment of a hotel with meeting facilities, a fitness and wellness centre and office space are well advanced.
In this transaction Onis Vastgoed B.V. was advised by Waltmann Beleggingen, located on Maliesingel in Utrecht.

PingProperties signs new lease with Trekpleister for Stadshart Daily Plaza in Zoetermeer
PingProperties has signed a new long-term lease with ‘Trekpleister’ for Stadshart Daily Plaza covered shopping centre in Zoetermeer. The chemist will lease around 250 m² of retail space on the first floor opposite Dirk supermarket. Trekpleister expects to open its doors in festive style in December, at the same time as Dirk.
