PingProperties lets to XB Facilities B.V.

With effect from 1 January 2010 XB Facilities B.V. has concluded a lease for approx. 1785 sqm of office space and 38 parking spaces in the ‘Tyro House’ office building at Monitorweg 1 in Almere for a period of 8 years and 3 months.
XB Facilities trades under the name Esprit XB and provides ICT and telecommunications services to companies and not-for-profit organizations in the Netherlands. Esprit XB is an independent ICT and telecoms service provider and uses all the major network providers.
The Tyro House office building at Monitorweg 1-27 in Almere is an office property forming part of PingProperties Office fund II. PingProperties is an investment management organization focusing on prime office properties through a unique network of strategic investment partners. PingProperties structures investments through funds and keeps the asset management in its own hands.

PingProperties sells S-DOCK The Villa to Elixir Engineers
PingProperties recently sold the S-DOCK office building The Villa to owner-occupier Elixir Engineers. The office building is situated at Karel Doormanweg 48 in Schiedam, right next to the A4 motorway. The building has 4 floors with a lettable floor area of 2,197 m2 and accompanying parking spaces.

PingProperties and Lithos sign LOI with Stedelink for sale of residential tower block development in in Stadshart Zoetermeer
Today the Provada was the backdrop to the signing of a letter of intent by Lithos and PingProperties with Stedelink housing association. The letter of intent is for the sale of the new residential tower block development on Duitslandlaan in Zoetermeer city centre. Stedelink will develop the tower block by means of separate purchase and construction agreements. The building marks an important step in the transformation of the heart of Zoetermeer into a lively and future-proof city centre.

PingProperties acquires Metropool complex in Amsterdam city centre
On behalf of the PingProperties Trophy Fund II, PingProperties has acquired the Metropool complex in the centre of Amsterdam from Aberdeen Investments. The multifunctional building, with a lettable floor area of around 14,500 m², offers a mix of office, hotel and retail space.
