PingProperties lets Sarphati Plaza to Language Partners

On 1 December 2010 Language Partners will locate in the premises at Rhijnspoorplein 10-38 in Amsterdam. This concerns a long-term lease for approx. 550 sqm of office space.
Sarphati Plaza, a highly prestigious multi-tenant office building, is located along the central ring road of Amsterdam. It lies at a unique location on the waterfront and consists of 11 storeys totalling approx. 4,500 sqm of office space with approx. 300 sqm of retail space. Under the office building is a spacious two-storey car park.
Accessibility by car from the A1, A2 and A10 motorways is excellent.
The leased space forms part of PingProperties Office fund II, which is anaged by PingProperties.
Language Partners is a service provider specializing in B-to-B language courses, given by a driven team of enthusiastic professionals. With a clear goal: giving language courses to students to enable them to perform better.

PingProperties signs long-term lease with Jan van Goyen Medical Center for De Lairesse office building in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid
PingProperties recently signed a 20-year lease with the Jan van Goyen Medical Center (100% subsidiary of the OLVG hospital) for the ‘De Lairesse’ building in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid. Together with the Valerius building, De Lairesse forms a nationally listed building prominently located on the corner of the well-known De Lairessestraat and Valeriusplein in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid.
