PingProperties signs lease agreement with Dycore for the America Tower in Oosterhout

Dycore has signed a lease for approximately 1,259 m² of office space and 35 parking spaces in the America Tower, located at Wilhelminakanaal Zuid 110 in Oosterhout. 

With this lease, Dycore is relocating its head office, currently also based in Oosterhout, to the America Tower. The America Tower office building is situated in the immediate vicinity of two slip roads on the A27, close to the A58 and the A59. Dycore’s new workplace is therefore easily accessible by car. There are also bus stops within walking distance of the America Tower, and Breda Central Station is approximately 15 minutes away. This new office location aligns with Dycore’s sustainability ambitions, as the building holds an A++ energy efficiency rating.
