PingProperties signs lease agreement with Dycore for the America Tower in Oosterhout

Dycore has signed a lease for approximately 1,259 m² of office space and 35 parking spaces in the America Tower, located at Wilhelminakanaal Zuid 110 in Oosterhout.
With this lease, Dycore is relocating its head office, currently also based in Oosterhout, to the America Tower. The America Tower office building is situated in the immediate vicinity of two slip roads on the A27, close to the A58 and the A59. Dycore’s new workplace is therefore easily accessible by car. There are also bus stops within walking distance of the America Tower, and Breda Central Station is approximately 15 minutes away. This new office location aligns with Dycore’s sustainability ambitions, as the building holds an A++ energy efficiency rating.

Dycore
Dycore, founded in 1975, is a manufacturer and supplier of precast concrete system floors. With a wide range of products, Dycore offers solutions for floor slabs for both residential and non-residential construction, from basement decks and ground floors to ramps, upper floors or roofs. Dycore invests heavily in making concrete production more sustainable and is also a signatory to the Concrete Agreement (use of recycled concrete aggregate, 100% green electricity, CO₂ reduction programmes and CSC sustainability certification). Dycore has its head office in Oosterhout and supplies its products from its production sites in Breda and Lelystad.

PingProperties has sold the America Tower at Wilhelminakanaal Zuid 110 in Oosterhout to Stichting Juridisch Eigenaar Benkey Vastgoed. This transaction completes PingProperties’ successful value-add strategy for the property. The office building has been made more sustainable, is more than 80% let and has therefore been positioned as a future-proof investment.

PingProperties invests further in sustainability improvements at DTC Zoetermeer
PingProperties has taken a further step in upgrading Dutch Tech Campus in Zoetermeer and improving its sustainability. Extensive work has been carried out in around 18,000 m² of commercial space accommodating organizations such as Reconext, TNO and Joulz, to further reduce energy consumption, improve the indoor climate and prepare the buildings better for climate change.
