Construction of Tulip Inn Amsterdam Airport hotel completed
01-11-2016
Yesterday the sustainably transformed Skymaster building at Piet Guilonardweg 3 in Schiphol-Oost was successfully delivered by Koninklijke BAM Groep to PingProperties. BAM and PingProperties began engineering work as soon as the former office building became vacant in early January this year, and working closely together completed the redevelopment in a record time of 10 months. Tulip Inn Amsterdam Airport will open its doors on 14 November.
Green Oasis at Schiphol
PingProperties operates this Tulip Inn hotel at its own risk. The hotel, with 143 guest rooms on five floors, is managed by Louvre Hotels Group (LHG). It has been fully fitted out by PingProperties according to a unique interior and experience concept: ‘the green oasis at Schiphol’. PingProperties has created a trendsetting and sustainable (Green Key label Gold) business hotel that provides a luxury experience at an affordable price.
PingProperties was assisted in this process by CVO Group, Boot Advocaten and STYLING BY de Blieck.
