Charlotte Willems joins PingProperties

As of June 15th, Charlotte Willems will join the PingProperties team as Business Relationship Manager.
Charlotte studied Msc. International Business Studies at the University of Amsterdam and worked for 5 years at The Valley. There she grew from project manager to Head of Operations. At PingProperties she will, among other things, use her knowledge and experience to strengthen the cooperation with existing relations and to further expand the PingProperties network by developing new strategic partnerships.

PingProperties recently sold the S-DOCK office building The Villa to owner-occupier Elixir Engineers. The office building is situated at Karel Doormanweg 48 in Schiedam, right next to the A4 motorway. The building has 4 floors with a lettable floor area of 2,197 m2 and accompanying parking spaces.
