European headquarters Stryker settles in Luna ArenA Amsterdam

Recently, IF Office Fund IV BV concluded a long term new lease agreement of 5,370 m² office space with Stryker EMEA Supply Chain Services BV (Stryker) on behalf of its European headquarters in office building Luna ArenA Amsterdam (LAA).

This transaction is in line with the policy of the municipality of Amsterdam to attract more head offices. Together with Jones Lang LaSalle, PingProperties succeeded and was co- advised by CBRE. IF Office Fund IV is a collaboration of PingProperties and FGH Bank. With this transaction the building LAA is fully leased, which makes this a successful completion of the cooperation. Stryker will occupy its new premises in the summer of 2014.
