23-12-2011
Per 1 January 2012 PingProperties Office fund III (Tango Properties) has concluded a new lease agreement with tenant Flycatcher Internet Research for 255 sq.m. office space in building La Fortezza Noord, located at Avenue Ceramique 1-7 in Maastricht.
Flycatcher was created in 2000 as a spin-off of the University of Maastricht. It was the first agency in the Netherlands which focused completely on online research.
La Fortezza is an apartment and office complex in the district Céramique and was designed by the architect Mario Botta. The name La Fortezza (fortress) explains not only the link to the past of Maastricht as a fortified city, but also the specific form of the building.
