Today the Tulip Inn Amsterdam Airport is officially opening its doors! View here our grand opening which took place last week, when invited guests had the opportunity to get to know the hotel to the accompaniment of comedy theatre acts and lively music.
Green Oasis at Schiphol
Tulip Inn Amsterdam Airport, located at Piet Guilonardweg 3 in Schiphol-Oost, was formerly an office building. Over the past ten months PingProperties has sustainably transformed the building into a trendsetting and sustainable (green Key Gold) business hotel with 143 guest rooms.
It has been fully fitted out according to a unique interior and experience concept: ‘the green oasis at Schiphol’. PingProperties has shown with this concept that comfort and creativity is affordable for everyone. For example, the guest rooms are equipped with comfortable Auping beds, superfast free WiFi is available throughout the hotel and guests can enjoy something to eat and drink around the clock. PingProperties operates at its own risk the Tulip Inn Hotel, which is managed by Louvre Hotels Group (LHG).
Ideal location
Schiphol Airport can be reached from the hotel in just 15 minutes with the free electric shuttle. From Schiphol itself, all the well-known sights in Amsterdam city centre are just a 12-minute train ride away. The hotel has 65 on-site parking spaces and a number of hotel bikes available to guests who wish to explore the surrounding area, such as the woodlands of the Amsterdamse Bos.

PingProperties has signed a long-term lease with TNO, the organization for applied science and technology, for Dutch Tech Campus (DTC) in Zoetermeer. This lease is for a total of 2,419 m2 LFA of business space and 6 parking spaces at Werner Von Siemensstraat 17 (building C3).

PingProperties lets vacant units in the Koploper in Amersfoort
In February PingProperties renewed and added extra office space to long-term leases with three tenants in the Koploper building, located at Stationsplein 89 in Amersfoort. The tenants are Stichting Toegepast Onderzoek Waterbeheer (STOWA), Alzheimer Nederland and Trans Link Systems.
