Ping Properties Office fund II has realized an extension with tenant Espérance Verloskundig Centrum Arnhem (Espérance). Espérance leases 143 sqm office space in building Matserhuis, located at the Burgemeester Matsersingel 200 in Arnhem.
The office building is located next to office park Gelderse Poort and the residential area Schuytgraaf. The Matserhuis is representative, has a flexible layout and features a spacious parking.
Espérance is a result of the initiative of a number of obstetric practices in the region of Arnhem and the partnership of the gynecologists of the Rijnstate hospital.
