With the lease concluded with the Chamber of Commerce Jacobsweerd is now fully let
21-12-2016
The final square metres of the building at Sint Jacobsstraat 300 in Utrecht were recently leased, in their entirety, to the Chamber of Commerce (KvK).
This concerns a long-term lease of 1,628 m² of office and filing space, as well as 11 parking spaces. The total floor space of the building is approx. 14,500 m² and is now leased in its entirety to non-profit organizations. The Chamber of Commerce now leases a total of 6,007 m² and 81 parking spaces.
The Jacobsweerd building is located in the centre of Utrecht along a main thoroughfare. Accessibility by car is therefore good. Situated within an 8-minute walk of the Central Station, the building is also in a very favourable location for public transport.
In August 2015 the Jacobsweerd office building was sold by PingProperties to CPA 18, a property fund managed by W.P. Carey.
