Jordy Rond naar PingProperties

Per 1 november aanstaande treedt Jordy Rond in dienst bij PingProperties als Fund Manager. Jordy zal gaan werken voor PingProperties fondsen waar hij verantwoordelijk is voor het behalen van de fondsdoelstellingen en overige gemaakte afspraken. Hij zal hiertoe veelvuldig overleg voeren met de betrokken stakeholders over het fondsbeleid en ontwikkelingen binnen het fonds.
Fund management schrijft tevens de jaarlijkse fondsplannen, legt verslag en organiseert per fonds aandeelhoudersvergaderingen. Daarnaast zorgt de Fund Manager voor het financiële management van de fondsen (inkomende huren, financiering, uitgaande rente/aflossing, onderhoud- en verbouwingskosten, marketingkosten etc.).
Jordy is de afgelopen twee jaar bij CBRE Global Investors werkzaam geweest binnen het Assetmanagent team Offices en is zijn carrière gestart als Vastgoedadviseur bij DTZ. In 2011 heeft Jordy zijn Master in Real Estate and Housing aan de TU Delft behaald.

PingProperties sells S-DOCK The Villa to Elixir Engineers
PingProperties recently sold the S-DOCK office building The Villa to owner-occupier Elixir Engineers. The office building is situated at Karel Doormanweg 48 in Schiedam, right next to the A4 motorway. The building has 4 floors with a lettable floor area of 2,197 m2 and accompanying parking spaces.
