La Voie office building fully let with Hanz

PingProperties has fully let the office building known as La Voie, located at Hanzeplein in Zwolle. The office building was left entirely vacant in 2014, following which a start was made in cooperation with City Developer-S and Storm in Ontwikkeling to create Hanz, a cluster of businesses, educational institutions and government agencies, all to do with the theme of Innovation. The joint investment of PingProperties and Hanz means that as from August 2o16 the final 1,100m² have been let, so that the entire building, with 5,000 m² of office space and 70 parking spaces, is now fully let.

Hanz is the leading innovative multi-business concept in the Zwolle region. More than 35 businesses and institutions have already taken up accommodation within this concept. Hanz is distinctive in the active policy it pursues to bring participants together and link their networks with each other. Hanz is also entirely designed as a place to meet, which leads to exciting cooperative ventures as well as new products and services.

In addition, Hanz offers facilities such as a reception desk, while the ground floor is the location of ‘bij Hanz’, a place with its own special charm where people can meet, work and study. Daily lunch and refreshment facilities combined with spaces to work and study are available for businesses, freelancers, start-ups and students.

The building is in the Hanzeland district, located along the A28 motorway and just five minutes’ walk from Zwolle central station which makes it extremely easy to reach by car and public transport. Hanz is a major first step in the development of Hanzeland 2.0; the bustling and innovative centre of the Zwolle region.
