New lessees Eudokiaplein: Tulp Educatie and Stichting ASVZ

PingProperties recently signed long-term leases with Tulp Educatie and Stichting ASVZ for the Eudokiaplein office and retail complex in Rotterdam. The leases are for a total lettable floor area of 400 sqm. The arrival of both new lessees ties in well with PingProperties’ ambition to bring together lessees in the care and welfare sector at Eudokiaplein for the long term.
Eudokiaplein fully let
With effect from 1 February 2020 Tulp Educatie will lease office space on Bergsingel 249. This educational institution, currently based at Noordersingel in Rotterdam, will facilitate language education from these offices at Eudokiaplein. ASVZ has concluded a lease for office space at Bergsingel 227 and has already moved into its new accommodation. ASVZ provides support for persons with a mental impairment. As a result, Eudokiaplein is now fully let.

Tulp Educatie is an educational institution based in Rotterdam and provides Dutch language lessons and courses, such as those in preparation for the civic integration exam. Tulp Educatie provides training courses not only for individuals, but also in-house for a number of major companies, including Unilever, always focusing on practical, everyday language skills.
About Stichting ASVZ
Stichting ASVZ is a foundation that provides support for persons with a mental impairment, whether young or old, or with a mild or severe condition. For all these individuals, ASVZ offers diagnosis, treatment and counselling. The organization was formed in 1969 and since then has built up a strong, reliable base of knowledge and experience which characterizes the organization today. The foundation has more than 45 offices in the southwest of the Netherlands.

PingProperties sells America Tower office building in Oosterhout
PingProperties has sold the America Tower at Wilhelminakanaal Zuid 110 in Oosterhout to Stichting Juridisch Eigenaar Benkey Vastgoed. This transaction completes PingProperties’ successful value-add strategy for the property. The office building has been made more sustainable, is more than 80% let and has therefore been positioned as a future-proof investment.

PingProperties invests further in sustainability improvements at DTC Zoetermeer
PingProperties has taken a further step in upgrading Dutch Tech Campus in Zoetermeer and improving its sustainability. Extensive work has been carried out in around 18,000 m² of commercial space accommodating organizations such as Reconext, TNO and Joulz, to further reduce energy consumption, improve the indoor climate and prepare the buildings better for climate change.
