PingProperties extends lease with Anytime Fitness

PingProperties has reached agreement with Anytime Fitness on a long-term extension of the lease for Middeldijkerplein 93-95 in the Carnisse Veste shopping centre in Barendrecht. The total lettable floor area of the business space is 591 m².
Anytime Fitness has been a lessee at the Carnisse Veste shopping centre since 2019. This lease extension fits in perfectly with PingProperties’ vision to attract lessees to the shopping centre for the long term.

Lessees focus mainly on food and day-to-day non-food necessities. Carnisse Veste is visited by no fewer than 3.9 million people each year.
