PingProperties and BAM sign turn-key agreement for Siemens Mobility offices

PingProperties has concluded a turn-key agreement with BAM Bouw en Techniek – Southwest Region, for the renovation of and sustainability improvements to the new Siemens Mobility offices on Dutch Tech Campus at Werner von Siemensstraat 5 in Zoetermeer, with a floor area of approx. 6,000 m2.
The renovation will result in a sustainable and future-proof office building with Energy Label A and a state-of-the-art interior climate. Siemens Mobility is currently leasing the building at Werner von Siemensstraat 7. It will move into the new office building in September 2021 following completion of the renovations.
Sustainable office
The work on the building involves a complete renovation of the shell and the installation of brand-new systems and control engineering, equipped with the very latest climate and sustainability technology. The building will have a high-quality entrance and, in close cooperation with Siemens Mobility, will be fitted out to a very high specification. Following the move, the existing building will also undergo a total renovation to make it ready for a new lessee and transform it into a sustainable office building.
Dutch Tech Campus
Dutch Tech Campus is a campus that brings together a wide range of national and international businesses in the field of mobility, ICT and e-health & care at a single, central site. The businesses are all directly or indirectly connected with technology. The campus facilitates the sharing of knowledge and amenities, stimulates interaction and creates links between the businesses and the neighbouring educational institutions of The Hague University of Applied Sciences and MBO Rijnland (with more than 800 IT students). PingProperties and Lithos sign LOI with Stedelink for sale of residential tower block development in in Stadshart Zoetermeer
Today the Provada was the backdrop to the signing of a letter of intent by Lithos and PingProperties with Stedelink housing association. The letter of intent is for the sale of the new residential tower block development on Duitslandlaan in Zoetermeer city centre. Stedelink will develop the tower block by means of separate purchase and construction agreements. The building marks an important step in the transformation of the heart of Zoetermeer into a lively and future-proof city centre.

PingProperties acquires Metropool complex in Amsterdam city centre
On behalf of the PingProperties Trophy Fund II, PingProperties has acquired the Metropool complex in the centre of Amsterdam from Aberdeen Investments. The multifunctional building, with a lettable floor area of around 14,500 m², offers a mix of office, hotel and retail space.

PingProperties signs long-term lease with KH Engineering and Smart AIS for S-DOCK in Schiedam
PingProperties has concluded another new lease for its S-DOCK office building in Schiedam: KH Engineering B.V. and Smart Asset Integrity Solutions B.V., both part of the KH Group, have signed a long-term lease for around 2,289 m² of office space and 46 parking spaces.
