PingProperties reaches refinancing agreement
21-12-2012
PingProperties has achieved a refinancing for the PingProperties Corporate Office fund I. The finance has been arranged with Berlin-Hannoversche Hypothekenbank AG and has been extended for five years, with a duration until December 2017.
PingProperties Corporate Office fund I has two high-quality office buildings in its portfolio with a total lettable floor area of 23,031 sqm.
The office building at the H. J. Nederhorststraat 1 in Gouda is long-term and fully leased to BAM Civiel, part of the Royal BAM Group, a stable tenant who is linked to the location historically (since 1871). Jacobsweerd, the other office building of the portfolio is located in the center of Utrecht at the St. Jacobsstraat 200-499. Jacobsweerd is fully let to various government-related triple A institutions, so the risk of default is minimal.
Both buildings are well maintained and regularly renovated. The buildings are therefore in very good condition and have excellent parking facilities. Further upgrading is currently taking place in both buildings.
