PingProperties adds to its team

Due to strong growth within the PingProperties portfolio, we are pleased to welcome a new member to our team. Roeland Schippers will be joining us on 1 September as Investment Manager.
Roeland will be responsible for financing and refinancing within the portfolio. After completing his studies for an MSc in Finance at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, he began his career with PWC. During the past three and a half years Roeland has gained experience at Geneba and American Tower Corporation.

PingProperties has signed a new lease with Ernsting’s family for Passage Schiedam shopping centre, where the fashion store will be opening a new branch of around 232 m².

PingProperties sells S-DOCK The Villa to Elixir Engineers
PingProperties recently sold the S-DOCK office building The Villa to owner-occupier Elixir Engineers. The office building is situated at Karel Doormanweg 48 in Schiedam, right next to the A4 motorway. The building has 4 floors with a lettable floor area of 2,197 m2 and accompanying parking spaces.
