Due to strong growth within the PingProperties portfolio, we are pleased to welcome a new member to our team. Roeland Schippers will be joining us on 1 September as Investment Manager.
Roeland will be responsible for financing and refinancing within the portfolio. After completing his studies for an MSc in Finance at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, he began his career with PWC. During the past three and a half years Roeland has gained experience at Geneba and American Tower Corporation.

PingProperties signs long-term lease agreement with Dycore for the America Tower in Oosterhout
Dycore has signed a lease for approximately 1,259 m² of office space and 35 parking spaces in the America Tower, located at Wilhelminakanaal Zuid 110 in Oosterhout. The lease will commence on 1 January 2027.

PingProperties has agreed a long-term lease renewal with Action at Stadshart Zoetermeer. Action occupies 1,164 sqm of retail space located on the outer retail strip of Stadshart Oost.
