PingProperties concludes new lease with food retailer Eat Kip for Passage Schiedam shopping centre

PingProperties recently concluded a 5-year lease with food retailer Eat Kip for approx. 200 m² GFA in Passage Schiedam shopping centre. Eat Kip’s business will be at a prominent location in the unit directly next to the entrance from Broersvest.
Eat Kip is a takeaway and delivery concept, while also providing seating in its shop for customers to enjoy the food they have ordered.
Eat Kip is an independent food retailer which has made a name for itself in Rotterdam’s Markthal. Thanks to its success, the owner wants to expand the concept in other locations.
Passage Schiedam shopping centre
Passage Schiedam is superbly situated in the historic centre of Schiedam and is the largest covered shopping centre in the town with a history going back to 1932. Around 68 shops are found in the shopping centre, spread across a ground floor and three upper floors. The complex has a floor area of approx. 18,300 m² LFA, as well as a five-level underground car park with 280 parking spaces. Passage Schiedam attracts 62,700 visitors each week, with Dirk supermarket, Hema, Action, Bristol, H&M and Nelson as anchor retailers.

PingProperties signs new lease with Trekpleister for Stadshart Daily Plaza in Zoetermeer
PingProperties has signed a new long-term lease with ‘Trekpleister’ for Stadshart Daily Plaza covered shopping centre in Zoetermeer. The chemist will lease around 250 m² of retail space on the first floor opposite Dirk supermarket. Trekpleister expects to open its doors in festive style in December, at the same time as Dirk.
