PingProperties drives first pile for Topcon at the Dutch Tech Campus

PingProperties is expanding the Dutch Tech Campus in the Dutch Innovation Park. Today the first pile was driven for the new business premises for Topcon Europe Positioning BV. This moment was celebrated on site by a small group of people and could be watched by interested persons via a livestream.
Bram Harding, (Re) Development Manager of PingProperties:
‘The start of the building work is another important step for PingProperties in the further development of the Dutch Tech Campus. The arrival of Topcon is perfectly in keeping with PingProperties’ ambition to develop the campus further into a well-established, sustainable campus for IT companies focusing on smart mobility, ICT and e-health & care’.
The building is expected to be completed in October 2021, following which Topcon will occupy approx. 4,700 m² of floor space comprising high-quality offices, business space and 50 parking spaces.
