PingProperties extends financing ibis Styles Amsterdam Airport
15-07-2020
PingProperties recently extended the financing arrangement with ING early for its ibis Styles Amsterdam Airport hotel, at Piet Guilonardweg 3 in Schiphol-Oost. The extension of the financing arrangement was brought about by PingProperties itself.
The Skymaster building was purchased by PingProperties in 2005, and following a successful redevelopment in 2016 is currently in use as ibis Styles Amsterdam Airport hotel. The hotel is close to the Amsterdamse Bos at Schiphol-Oost, an area that is currently undergoing rapid development. KLM, for example, has announced that it will be relocating its head office in the near future to a location immediately opposite the hotel. PingProperties also has far-reaching development plans. It intends to expand the hotel to provide a total of 266 rooms.
