PingProperties herfinanciert Mariendaal Center of Excellence

PingProperties heeft een herfinanciering afgerond voor het PingProperties Corporate Office fund II. De financiering, die reeds bij vastgoedfinancier Berlin Hyp liep, is met 7 jaar verlengd.
PingProperties Corporate Office fund II heeft het hoofdkantoor van TenneT (Mariendaal Center of Excellence), gelegen aan de Utrechtseweg 310 in Arnhem, in portefeuille. Het uiterst duurzame gebouw (BREEAM Very Good) heeft een verhuurbaar vloeroppervlak van circa 21.936 m² en beschikt over 566 parkeerplaatsen. De kavel omvat circa 33.500 m² eigen grond.
Energy Business Park
Het kantoorgebouw Mariendaal Center of Excellence ligt in het Energy Business Park te Arnhem en huisvest een aantal van de belangrijkste en meest innovatieve bedrijven op het gebied van o.a. energie, certificering en milieutechnologie. Regelmatig vinden er diverse toonaangevende evenementen plaats op energiegebied. Grote spelers in de energiesector als DNV GL (voormalig DNV KEMA), Alliander en NRG bepalen er al jarenlang het gezicht. TenneT is hier sinds 1998 gevestigd. Het Energy Business Park concentreert de prominente bedrijven uit de energiesector op deze mooie parkachtige locatie teneinde synergie tussen partijen te creëren.

PingProperties has concluded another new lease for its S-DOCK office building in Schiedam: Cotecna Inspection Netherlands has signed a long-term lease for around 377 m² of office space and 8 parking spaces, and is expected to move into the building in March 2026.

PingProperties welcomes TNO to Dutch Tech Campus in Zoetermeer
PingProperties has signed a long-term lease with TNO, the organization for applied science and technology, for Dutch Tech Campus (DTC) in Zoetermeer. This lease is for a total of 2,419 m2 LFA of business space and 6 parking spaces at Werner Von Siemensstraat 17 (building C3).
