PingProperties buys large-scale redevelopment site in Arnhem

PingProperties has acquired the ownership of a plot of land on Velperweg in Arnhem city centre for its Corporate Office Fund III. This former factory site of ENKA covers an area of approx. 7.1 hectares.
PingProperties Corporate Office Fund III has owned 6.5 hectares of land with approx. 70,000 m² of office and laboratory buildings at this location since 2012. The purchase of this plot will facilitate the further development of the complex.
In accordance with the municipality’s structure vision, the land has been earmarked for a house-building programme. The adjacent residential neighbourhoods provide excellent points of reference for the development of a high-quality residential environment.

PingProperties signs new lease with Trekpleister for Stadshart Daily Plaza in Zoetermeer
PingProperties has signed a new long-term lease with ‘Trekpleister’ for Stadshart Daily Plaza covered shopping centre in Zoetermeer. The chemist will lease around 250 m² of retail space on the first floor opposite Dirk supermarket. Trekpleister expects to open its doors in festive style in December, at the same time as Dirk.
