PingProperties purchases head office of drinking water company Dunea Zoetermeer

PingProperties is adding to its property portfolio with the purchase of the head office of the drinking water company Dunea in Zoetermeer. The purchase was made for the recently launched PingProperties Corporate Office fund XII and is in keeping with PingProperties’ vision to establish connections in the long term with high-potential assets. PingProperties attracted new finance from NIBC for this purchase.
The characteristic, half-moon shaped building, designed by Graziosi Progetti architects, is located on Plein van de Verenigde Naties in Zoetermeer and has a lettable floor area of 8,519 m2. The Dunea head office is situated at a good location immediately adjacent to the railway station and the A12 motorway and has an excellent parking ratio. The building was fully renovated in 2013 to improve its sustainability and has an Energy Label A.
