PingProperties launches PingProperties Office fund IV

Following the recently established Tango Properties fund, PingProperties is today again launching a new fund, called PingProperties Office fund IV.
For the time being, PingProperties Office fund IV contains one high-quality office building, the sales contract for which will be signed today. It concerns an office building with a floor area of approx. 15,650 sqm, located at Herikerbergweg 120 in Amsterdam -Zuidoost.
The elegant building was designed by Joost Valk Architectuur and ZZDP Architecten and is situated at a high-profile location. It has, however, remained unlet since its completion in 2009. Ping Properties was approached to take the building over, in view of the success of the almost adjacent Atlas ArenA Amsterdam office complex. The idea to make this building a success following that of Atlas ArenA Amsterdam was met with great enthusiasm.
In the meantime several serious prospective lessees have come forward, attracted by the excellent accessibility of the building by public and private transport and the diversity of adjacent facilities. Amsterdam ArenA, Heineken Music Hall, Pathé Cinema and Woonmall Villa ArenA are within walking distance.
PingProperties Office fund IV is the latest in a series of funds, which include PingProperties Office fund II and the PingProperties Corporate Office fund I. Participation in one of the funds is of an exclusive nature.
PingProperties is an investment management organization structuring office funds through maximum market know-how and financial engineering, in which a specific network of national and international strategic investment partners participate. The funds which PingProperties has under its management are characterized by above-average yields, whilst retaining direct control of the funds’ results by managing all its aspects (investment, fund and assets).

PingProperties to start renovating and improving sustainability of De Argonaut and Koploper in Amersfoort
PingProperties is to start renovating and improving the sustainability of the iconic office buildings of De Argonaut and Koploper, situated right next to Amersfoort Intercity Station. The complex, which was purchased early this year, is divided into 2 buildings with a total lettable floor area of 17,080 m2, together with a basement car park for 182 cars. The business plan provides for improving the complex’s sustainability, as well as modernizing the low-rise building and positioning it separately as ‘Koploper’ (www.koploper-amersfoort.nl). The plans have been finalized in recent months and work is now underway.

PingProperties improves energy performance of Cascade building to A++
PingProperties has recently carried out further sustainability improvements to Building 1, comprising 4,870 m² of office space, in the Cascade complex in Groningen to make it Paris Proof. The renovation work has raised the energy label from A to A++.
