PingProperties renews lease with PharmaPartners

PingProperties has reached agreement with PharmaPartners on renewing the lease for the ‘America Tower’ building located at Wilhelminakanaal Zuid 110 in Oosterhout. The total lettable floor area in the building is 2,239 m² of office space, together with 69 parking spaces.
PharmaPartners has leased offices in the America Tower since 2010. Despite these uncertain times the lease renewal has gone ahead. For PharmaPartners, the strategic location and good technical condition of the building were the determining factors in its decision to renew the lease. Many of PharmaPartners’ employees live locally, and the America Tower also meets all the technical requirements in connection with COVID-19 so that PharmaPartners’ employees can continue to work safely in the building.
Piet Hein Knoop, Managing Director of PharmaPartners, says: ‘The building’s quality and location, with the assurance of a safe workplace. These were important considerations for us to continue our cooperation, even though we have been working for 90% from home for several months. We are all looking forward to being able to get back to our fantastic offices again!’.

PingProperties and Lithos sign LOI with Stedelink for sale of residential tower block development in in Stadshart Zoetermeer
Today the Provada was the backdrop to the signing of a letter of intent by Lithos and PingProperties with Stedelink housing association. The letter of intent is for the sale of the new residential tower block development on Duitslandlaan in Zoetermeer city centre. Stedelink will develop the tower block by means of separate purchase and construction agreements. The building marks an important step in the transformation of the heart of Zoetermeer into a lively and future-proof city centre.

PingProperties acquires Metropool complex in Amsterdam city centre
On behalf of the PingProperties Trophy Fund II, PingProperties has acquired the Metropool complex in the centre of Amsterdam from Aberdeen Investments. The multifunctional building, with a lettable floor area of around 14,500 m², offers a mix of office, hotel and retail space.
