PingProperties’ convenience retail strategy
PingProperties invests in convenience retail in urban district centres. It believes in a strategy with a strong mix of tenants focusing on a constant exchange of people, goods and services. The focus on a fuller range for day-to-day shopping, together with strong retail chains bringing additional choice as well as local heroes and public amenities will lead to a better profile for a shopping centre. Maarten Matze, CIO of PingProperties: ‘By pursuing this strategy our organization anticipates huge growth potential for Stadshart Oost in Zoetermeer’.
