PingProperties signs long-term lease with Lentiz onderwijsgroep for S-DOCK in Schiedam

Lentiz onderwijsgroep has signed a lease for the S-DOCK building at Karel Doormanweg 66 in Schiedam.

By signing this lease, Lentiz onderwijsgroep has chosen a strategic location right next to the A4 motorway in the Rotterdam/Schiedam port area, with Vijfsluizen metro station on its doorstep. The new offices will be used by Lentiz to support its educational activities and also offer space for the further professionalization of the organization.

S-DOCK has recently undergone a total transformation into an exceptionally modern office building with a contemporary feel and strong brand identity. Now that the renovation is complete, the building boasts an energy label A++ and a BREEAM In-Use Very Good certification. Besides its sustainability, S-DOCK excels in terms of design, comfort and functionality. Among the facilities on the communal ground floor are a reception, coffee bar, restaurant and a variety of formal and informal meeting rooms. A new outdoor terrace is also being created, offering a pleasant spot for relaxation, gatherings and interaction between the building’s users.

Ping Properties was advised in the formation of this lease by CBRE in collaboration with MADE Real Estate and De Mik Real Estate Partners. Lentiz was advised by Ooms Makelaars Bedrijfshuisvesting.
