PingProperties concludes lease with De Klerk Werkendam

PingProperties recently concluded a lease with De Klerk Werkendam Waterbouw en Staalconstructie for 340 m2 lfa in the office building at Oude Maasweg 2 in Rotterdam-Botlek. From 1 September 2018 this location will be used as the base for various projects in the immediate vicinity of the building, where jetties and fender walls for shipping will be modified or renewed and various new bollards will be installed.
Unique building at a striking location
The office building is situated in the heart of the port area, centrally located in the Botlek and on the banks of the River Maas at Oude Maasweg 2. The Botlek is a port and industrial district within the port of Rotterdam, characterized by its specialization in petrochemical industries and tank storage businesses. Several major companies are based in the vicinity, such as ExxonMobil, Cargill B.V., Shell, Odfjell, VOPAK, Damen Shipyards and AKZO Nobel. De Klerk en Werkendam Waterbouw en Staalconstructie will move into its offices here on 1 September 2018.
