PingProperties concludes lease with Praxis

Recently PingProperties concluded a long-term lease with Praxis in the Eudokiaplein shopping centre in Rotterdam. Praxis is a new lessee at Eudokiaplein, where it will be leasing approx.
355 m2 of retail space in the arcade for its second branch in Rotterdam of the ‘Praxis on the Corner’ (Praxis om de Hoek) concept from 1 December this year. The new branch expects to open its doors in February 2018.
About Eudokiaplein
The Eudokiaplein shopping and office complex, located in Rotterdam-Noord between the A20 motorway and Rotterdam city centre, has a total floor area of approx. 10,479 m² with a modern basement car park directly linked to the shopping centre by a travelator. The shopping centre, which attracts almost 55,000 visitors each week, fully caters for day-to-day shopping needs with a variety of shops including two large supermarket chain stores (Albert Heijn and Aldi). The complex also focuses on care and welfare which gives it an extra social dimension for the area and firmly embeds it in the neighbourhood. The subdistrict offices (stadswinkel) for Rotterdam-Noord, for example, are located here, as are a range of social and care institutions (such as the Youth and Family Centre (Centrum Jeugd Gezin) and the NIDOS Foundation. These users exert considerable pulling power and complement their neighbourhood and the complex.

PingProperties and Lithos sign LOI with Stedelink for sale of residential tower block development in in Stadshart Zoetermeer
Today the Provada was the backdrop to the signing of a letter of intent by Lithos and PingProperties with Stedelink housing association. The letter of intent is for the sale of the new residential tower block development on Duitslandlaan in Zoetermeer city centre. Stedelink will develop the tower block by means of separate purchase and construction agreements. The building marks an important step in the transformation of the heart of Zoetermeer into a lively and future-proof city centre.

PingProperties acquires Metropool complex in Amsterdam city centre
On behalf of the PingProperties Trophy Fund II, PingProperties has acquired the Metropool complex in the centre of Amsterdam from Aberdeen Investments. The multifunctional building, with a lettable floor area of around 14,500 m², offers a mix of office, hotel and retail space.

PingProperties signs long-term lease with KH Engineering and Smart AIS for S-DOCK in Schiedam
PingProperties has concluded another new lease for its S-DOCK office building in Schiedam: KH Engineering B.V. and Smart Asset Integrity Solutions B.V., both part of the KH Group, have signed a long-term lease for around 2,289 m² of office space and 46 parking spaces.
