PingProperties concludes long-term lease with ChainPoint B.V. in De Wing office building in Arnhem

Recently PingProperties concluded on behalf of Tango Properties C.V. a long-term lease with ChainPoint B.V. at De Gelderse Poort office park in Arnhem. With effect from 1 June 2018 ChainPoint will lease approx. 525 m2 of office space in the superbly finished office building known as De Wing.

De Gelderse Poort office park consists of nineteen high-quality office buildings, one of which is part of PingProperties’ Tango portfolio. De Gelderse Poort is strategically positioned and consequently is very easy to reach by car or public transport. It is a ten-minute walk from Arnhem Zuid station, and the park itself has its own bus stop for a direct bus service between Nijmegen and Arnhem.
