PingProperties concludes long-term lease with Stichting Sarya

PingProperties recently concluded a ten-year lease with the Sarya Foundation (Stichting Sarya) in the Eudokia retail and amenities complex in Rotterdam.
On 1 August the Sarya Foundation will be leasing 351 m2 lfa of office space at Eudokiaplein 33. It is moving from the adjacent Vestia Tower to the office wing of Eudokiaplein, giving it more space to accommodate its expanding organization.
About the Sarya Foundation
Sarya is a culture-sensitive mental healthcare institution which offers basic and specialist mental healthcare services to those with psychological or psychiatric problems. The institution is distinctive in its culture-sensitive approach, putting the patient and his or her experiences at the heart of what it does. Thanks to their own cultural backgrounds and specialist training, the therapists have wide-ranging experience, knowledge and expertise in providing transcultural support. About Eudokiaplein
The Eudokia amenities complex, located in Rotterdam-Noord, has a total floor area of approx. 10,527 m² with a modern basement car park directly linked to the shopping centre by a travelator. The shopping centre, which attracts more than 50,000 visitors each week, is mainly for day-to-day shopping and has a range of shops, including two large supermarkets (Albert Heijn and Aldi). The amenities complex, focusing on care and welfare, gives an extra social dimension for the area. The subdistrict offices for Rotterdam-Noord, for example, are located here, as are a range of social and care institutions (such as the Youth and Family Centre (Centrum voor Jeugd en Gezin) and the NIDOS Foundation (Stichting NIDOS)). These users exert a considerable attractive force in the area and complement their neighbourhood and the complex.

PingProperties sells America Tower office building in Oosterhout
PingProperties has sold the America Tower at Wilhelminakanaal Zuid 110 in Oosterhout to Stichting Juridisch Eigenaar Benkey Vastgoed. This transaction completes PingProperties’ successful value-add strategy for the property. The office building has been made more sustainable, is more than 80% let and has therefore been positioned as a future-proof investment.

PingProperties invests further in sustainability improvements at DTC Zoetermeer
PingProperties has taken a further step in upgrading Dutch Tech Campus in Zoetermeer and improving its sustainability. Extensive work has been carried out in around 18,000 m² of commercial space accommodating organizations such as Reconext, TNO and Joulz, to further reduce energy consumption, improve the indoor climate and prepare the buildings better for climate change.
