PingProperties concludes new lease with NN Group N.V. in Ede

On behalf of OGON Nederland, PingProperties recently concluded a lease with insurer NN Group N.V. for 8,000 m² of office space and 200 parking spaces.

 

Apart from Ede, NN Group N.V. has branches in The Hague and Rotterdam. Investments will be made in the building this year, which will include refurbishing the lifts and conserving the facades. The best possible situation will be created to accommodate the necessary cooling towers, transformers and distribution panels.
