PingProperties leases 1,200 sqm to the Innovation Society in La Voie office building in Zwolle

On 1 May 2014 PingProperties leased 1,200 sqm of office space to the Innovation Society (Innovatie Sociëteit) in the La Voie office building in Zwolle.

The Innovation Society believes that the building’s excellent location in relation to public transport, the A28 motorway and its modern appearance are strong points for transforming La Voie into a new, bustling heart of the Hanzeland district of Zwolle.

The La Voie building will be repositioned as an ‘Innovative Knowledge Centre’: a flexible lease concept for innovative entrepreneurs from the Zwolle region. The aim is to create an environment in which many different businesses can facilitate, stimulate and reinforce each other through open cooperation. Kennispoort Zwolle is the first to move in and other parties will quickly follow.

The La Voie office building is a smart and high-quality office building, strategically located in the Hanzeland district along the A28 motorway, and only a five-minute walk from Zwolle central station. Its highly efficient floors ranging in area from 500 to 600 sqm make the building ideal for the flexible lease concept. The common entrance lends a prestigious air to the building, with plenty of natural light and high ceilings. There are 70 parking spaces available to the rear of the building.
