PingProperties lets to Capabel, Lybrae and Fujitrans

As from 1 January 2010 Capabel Onderwijs Groep B.V. will be located in the Alexandrium office complex at Pegasusweg 18-20 in Rotterdam. A 5-year lease has been concluded for approx. 750 sqm.
On 1 August 2009 Lybrae Consultants B.V. also concluded a lease, for a period of 6 years, for approx. 150 sqm of office space in the Matserhuis office building at Burgemeester Matsersingel 200 in Arnhem.
Finally, with effect from 1 October 2010, Fujitrans Europe B.V. signed a 3-year extension of its lease for approx. 100 sqm in the Pluspoint II office building at Jupiterstraat 82-120 in Hoofddorp.
Alexandrium A and B in Rotterdam, Matserhuis in Arnhem as well as Pluspoint I to IV in Hoofddorp are offices forming part of PingProperties Office fund II. PingProperties is an investment management organization focusing on prime office properties through a unique network of strategic investment partners. PingProperties structures investments through funds and keeps the asset management in its own hands.

PingProperties signs new lease with Trekpleister for Stadshart Daily Plaza in Zoetermeer
PingProperties has signed a new long-term lease with ‘Trekpleister’ for Stadshart Daily Plaza covered shopping centre in Zoetermeer. The chemist will lease around 250 m² of retail space on the first floor opposite Dirk supermarket. Trekpleister expects to open its doors in festive style in December, at the same time as Dirk.

Cascade office complex in Groningen is Paris Proof ready
