From 1 May 2010 onwards the construction company BAM Utiliteitsbouw B.V. (Utrecht region) will be located at Daltonlaan 700 in Utrecht. A lease for approx. 1,700 sqm of office space and 50 parking spaces has been concluded for a period of 6 years.
BAM Utiliteitsbouw has chosen Daltonlaan 700 because of its central location in the Rijnsweerd office park, its unique, generous parking ratio and the renovated condition of the building.
