PingProperties leases the Atrium in Gouda to Raet

On 1 December 2010 Raet E&C Services B.V. will relocate its offices to the Atrium at Noordelijk Halfrond 10, Gouda, where a lease has been concluded for approx. 675 sqm of office space.
The Atrium is a stylish office building with a floor area of 7,750 sqm spread over six floors. It is located at a prominent position along the N452 trunk road, adjacent to the railway line and near the A12 motorway which makes it extremely accessible. This prestigious building also has a generous parking ratio.
Raet E&C Services B.V. is part of Raet, a knowledge-intensive IT service provider in the area of HR and payroll. Raet handles more than two million salary and pension calculations every month. It employs 800 people who serve a total of some 6,000 organizations.
The property has been leased through the PingProperties Office fund I which is managed by PingProperties.

PingProperties to start renovating and improving sustainability of De Argonaut and Koploper in Amersfoort
PingProperties is to start renovating and improving the sustainability of the iconic office buildings of De Argonaut and Koploper, situated right next to Amersfoort Intercity Station. The complex, which was purchased early this year, is divided into 2 buildings with a total lettable floor area of 17,080 m2, together with a basement car park for 182 cars. The business plan provides for improving the complex’s sustainability, as well as modernizing the low-rise building and positioning it separately as ‘Koploper’ (www.koploper-amersfoort.nl). The plans have been finalized in recent months and work is now underway.

PingProperties improves energy performance of Cascade building to A++
PingProperties has recently carried out further sustainability improvements to Building 1, comprising 4,870 m² of office space, in the Cascade complex in Groningen to make it Paris Proof. The renovation work has raised the energy label from A to A++.
