With effect from 1 April 2011 PingProperties will lease the ‘De Bijster’ office building in Breda to CSL Behring. The lease concerns approx. 310 sqm of office space at Claudius Prinsenlaan 10-26 in Breda. The present lessee WeightWatchers will extend its office space to approx. 800 sqm with effect from 1 March 2011.
