PingProperties lets office space in two buildings in Rotterdam and Gouda

PingProperties has concluded leases with new lessees Allebedrijvenin and Netgear for office space in the Atrium building in Gouda, and has renewed the lease with Nautilus in the Alexandrium building in Rotterdam on a long-term basis.
Allebedrijvenin
With effect from 1 May 2011 PingProperties has let approx. 675 sqm of office space together with fifteen parking spaces in the Atrium building at Noordelijk Halfrond 10 in Gouda to Allebedrijvenen B.V.
The Atrium, at a highly visible location close to the motorway, offers a unique combination of accessibility, style, flexibility and quality.
Allebedrijvenin B.V. is the host of the 78 city portals of Allebedrijvenin. These city portals give businesses the opportunity to present themselves to a local target group and also to feature on the national website. Since 2004 Allebedrijvenin has grown to become the largest regional search engine for the Netherlands: every month more than 1.5 million people search for their new garage, baker or communications specialist on Allebedrijvenin.
Netgear
Netgear B.V. has also relocated to the Atrium building in Gouda with effect from 1 May 2011. Netgear has been leasing office space for some time in the Alexandrium building in Rotterdam. Netgear’s move to another of PingProperties’ buildings means that the pleasant working relations between the two organizations can be continued. The lease is for approx. 290 sqm of office space together with seven parking spaces.
Netgear is the manufacturer of cutting-edge network technology products for the private and business market.
Nautilus
As from today Nautilus International has renewed the existing lease of approx. 560 sqm of office space together with nine parking spaces on a long-term basis. The company has its offices in the Alexandrium building at Pegasusweg 6 – 38 / Schorpioenstraat 248 – 304 in Rotterdam.
The office is situated above the Alexandrium shopping centre, with 136 shops one of the largest shopping centres in the Netherlands. The A16 and A20 motorways ensure that Alexandrium is readily accessible. Accessibility by public transport is also excellent, with the NS Intercity railway station as well as Rotterdam Alexander metro and bus station within walking distance.
Nautilus International is the trade union for employees in the maritime sector (seagoing shipping, hydraulic engineering, inland shipping and shore personnel). PingProperties and Lithos sign LOI with Stedelink for sale of residential tower block development in in Stadshart Zoetermeer
Today the Provada was the backdrop to the signing of a letter of intent by Lithos and PingProperties with Stedelink housing association. The letter of intent is for the sale of the new residential tower block development on Duitslandlaan in Zoetermeer city centre. Stedelink will develop the tower block by means of separate purchase and construction agreements. The building marks an important step in the transformation of the heart of Zoetermeer into a lively and future-proof city centre.

PingProperties acquires Metropool complex in Amsterdam city centre
On behalf of the PingProperties Trophy Fund II, PingProperties has acquired the Metropool complex in the centre of Amsterdam from Aberdeen Investments. The multifunctional building, with a lettable floor area of around 14,500 m², offers a mix of office, hotel and retail space.

PingProperties signs long-term lease with KH Engineering and Smart AIS for S-DOCK in Schiedam
PingProperties has concluded another new lease for its S-DOCK office building in Schiedam: KH Engineering B.V. and Smart Asset Integrity Solutions B.V., both part of the KH Group, have signed a long-term lease for around 2,289 m² of office space and 46 parking spaces.
