PingProperties lets office space in Houten to Westcon Group and SCM Europe

Effective from 1 January 2010 Westcon Group European Operations Ltd concluded a new lease for approx. 2,200 sqm of office space at Meidoornkade 12 in Houten and approx. 5,800 sqm of businesss space as well as 63 parking spaces at Peppelkade 29, also in Houten. It concerns a long-term lease.

 

Westcon Group is a customer-focused, added-value distributor of market-leading and innovative IT products and specializes in the most advanced technologies in the area of networks, security and telecommunications.

 

SCM Europe, Shopping Center Management B.V., also concluded a new lease at Meidoornkade 12 in Houten effective from 1 January 2010. This is also a long-term lease for approx. 1,500 sqm of office space and 29 parking spaces.

 

SCM Europe is a retail specialist focusing on the marketing and management, redevelopment, purchase and sale of shops and shopping centres. Its unique combination of high-quality knowledge of retail property and the retail market ensures maximum future value for investors and retailers.

 

Westcon Group and SCM Europe also chose for the property in Houten due to its prominent location with good visibility from the A27 motorway.
