PingProperties lets office space to two tenants in Utrecht
22-11-2011
PingProperties has agreed on an extension with tenant Stichting Stimulansz in the office building located at the Koningin Wilhelminalaan 5 in Utrecht. Stichting Stimulansz has extended its existing lease of 1,076 sqm of office space and rented an additional 512 sqm for a period of 10 years as of 1 January 2012. As a result of the letting of this office space, the office building is now fully let.
The Koningin Wilhelminalaan is located on the edge of the Kanaleneiland in Utrecht and is easily accessible by both private and public transport. The building dates from 1978 and the interior has been modernised by tenants and owner in the last few years. This has resulted in a very comfortable working environment.
Also, at 1 April 2012 PingProperties will accommodate a new tenant in the building at the Catharijnesingel 38-46 in Utrecht. It concerns a long term lease of 1,131 sqm office space and 6 parking spaces with a public organisation.
The office building at Catharijnesingel is situated at a wonderful location directly adjacent to the shopping mall Hoog Catharijne and the Utrecht Central Station, making all amenities within easy reach and the building very easily accessible by private and public transport.
These lettings concern the PingProperties Office fund II, respectively PingProperties Office fund I, both managed by PingProperties.
