PingProperties has let Prof. E.M. Meijerslaan 5 in Amstelveen to Towers Watson

PingProperties has recently extended the lease with its lessee Towers Watson for the long term. It concerns approx. 4,000 sqm of office space as well as 90 parking spaces at Prof. E. M. Meijerslaan 5 in Amstelveen.
The office building is a modern single-tenant property located in the Kronenburg office park in Amstelveen. Other notable lessees in this office park are Deloitte, VU University, Ricoh en Fortis. The office building has ample on-site parking facilities and is within walking distance of metro lines 5 and 51 with excellent connections to railway stations Zuid and RAI. The building is also easily accessible by car via the A10 ring road Zuid and the A9 motorway.
Towers Watson has brought together the various activities that are now taking place in and around Amsterdam in this building. In collaboration with PingProperties the building and its layout is now being upgraded to the latest standards. For example, investments are being made in the air-conditioning system, and the office floors will converted into a modern open layout.

PingProperties signs new lease with Trekpleister for Stadshart Daily Plaza in Zoetermeer
PingProperties has signed a new long-term lease with ‘Trekpleister’ for Stadshart Daily Plaza covered shopping centre in Zoetermeer. The chemist will lease around 250 m² of retail space on the first floor opposite Dirk supermarket. Trekpleister expects to open its doors in festive style in December, at the same time as Dirk.

Cascade office complex in Groningen is Paris Proof ready
