PingProperties sells ‘Luna ArenA’ in Amsterdam to LaSalle

LaSalle Investment Management has acquired the Grade-A office building Luna ArenA in Amsterdam South East for the Encore+ fund, via the acquisition of all the shares in IF Office Fund IV B.V.
PingProperties acquired Luna ArenA in 2010 from investment bank Blackrock, aiming to reposition and lease the asset. In 2012 PingProperties leased two third of the building to TMF, followed by Stryker in 2014. Early this year PingProperties finalized its business plan by extending the Stryker lease.
Encore+ is a Pan-European open-ended Core+ Fundfully managed by LaSalle. Luna ArenA is the fourth Dutch acquisition for Encore+ after previous deals in Amsterdam and Eindhoven.
The prominent office asset is part of the Plaza ArenA complex and has a total lettable floor area of approx. 15,600 sq.m divided over 8 floors. Luna ArenA is fully leased and serves as (regional) headquarters of TMF Group and US medical company Stryker Corporation. Luna ArenA is situated on walking distance to Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA train station and all facilities and amenities in Amsterdam South-East, one of the main office districts in Amsterdam.

PingProperties and Lithos sign LOI with Stedelink for sale of residential tower block development in in Stadshart Zoetermeer
Today the Provada was the backdrop to the signing of a letter of intent by Lithos and PingProperties with Stedelink housing association. The letter of intent is for the sale of the new residential tower block development on Duitslandlaan in Zoetermeer city centre. Stedelink will develop the tower block by means of separate purchase and construction agreements. The building marks an important step in the transformation of the heart of Zoetermeer into a lively and future-proof city centre.

PingProperties acquires Metropool complex in Amsterdam city centre
On behalf of the PingProperties Trophy Fund II, PingProperties has acquired the Metropool complex in the centre of Amsterdam from Aberdeen Investments. The multifunctional building, with a lettable floor area of around 14,500 m², offers a mix of office, hotel and retail space.

PingProperties signs long-term lease with KH Engineering and Smart AIS for S-DOCK in Schiedam
PingProperties has concluded another new lease for its S-DOCK office building in Schiedam: KH Engineering B.V. and Smart Asset Integrity Solutions B.V., both part of the KH Group, have signed a long-term lease for around 2,289 m² of office space and 46 parking spaces.
