PingProperties renews and expands lease at ‘De IX Rhijnhuysen’ office park in Nieuwegein

PingProperties Office Fund III recently renewed on a long-term basis and expanded the lease for a total of 683m² of office space situated in ‘De IX Rhijnhuysen’ office park in Nieuwegein, as well as 14 parking spaces.

PingProperties is renewing and expanding this lease with its lessee Konica Minolta Sensing Europe B.V., a major supplier of colour measurement and colour management solutions and a subsidiary of the Japanese company Konica Minolta Inc. The company supplies products, systems, services and software solutions that meet the needs of office and production printing environments as regards document solutions.

The other lessee in the office building at Edisonbaan 14F is Arko Sport Media.
