It concerns approx. 8,582 sqm of office space as well as 229 parking spaces (1:37) at H.J. Nederhorststraat 1 in Gouda. The office building is fully leased to BAM. The location is the headquarters for the subsidiaries BAM Civiel, BAM lnfraconsult and BAM lnternational. BAM has a history with this location since 1971.
