PingProperties renews lease with major lessee in Groningen

On behalf of ‘PingProperties Corporate Office Fund IV’ PingProperties has reached agreement with a major lessee on a long-term extension of the lease in Groningen. The extension concerns approx. 2,600 m² of office space and 48 parking spaces at Emmasingel 4. Approximately 1,100 m² is still available to let in this building.
The office complex
The building at Emmasingel 4 forms part of the Cascade office complex. The Cascade complex is situated at a unique location in the centre of Groningen, immediately adjacent to the central station. The complex accommodates mainly government-related lessees, which have been located here since the development in 1997-2000 and is furthermore characterized by the unique quality of the buildings.

PingProperties recently sold the S-DOCK office building The Villa to owner-occupier Elixir Engineers. The office building is situated at Karel Doormanweg 48 in Schiedam, right next to the A4 motorway. The building has 4 floors with a lettable floor area of 2,197 m2 and accompanying parking spaces.
