PingProperties extends lease with Sekondant Foundation in Utrecht

PingProperties Office Fund I recently extended the lease contract with Sekondant Foundation for 5,344 sqm of office space and 365 sqm of archive space at the Catharijnesingel in Utrecht. Through this extension, the building will remain fully let for a long-term.

The representative and well maintained office building at the Catharijnesingel 38-46 and 47 is located at a beautiful location directly adjacent to the shopping center Hoog Catharijne and NS Station Utrecht Central, so all amenities are within easy reach and the building is easily accessible by car and public transport.

Sekondant provides knowledge institutes MOVISIE, NJi (Dutch Youth Institute) and knowledge institute Vilans long-term care support in the areas of facilities management, IT and accounting matters (incl. payroll).

Because of the good relationship with Sekondant Foundation, PingProperties has established the lease extension itself, whereby both tenant and landlord didn’t make use of consultants.
