PingProperties extends lease with VKA in the Canberra office building in Zoetermeer
09-06-2017
On behalf of its Office Fund III, PingProperties has reached agreement with Verdonck, Klooster & Associates (VKA) on a long-term extension of the lease for approx. 1,600 m2 and 38 parking spaces in the Canberra Building at Baron de Coubertinlaan 1 in Zoetermeer.
This lease extension also means that the last vacant space in the building is now occupied, meaning that the entire building (2,600 m2) is leased for more than 10 years. Verdonck, Klooster & Associates has had offices at this location in Zoetermeer since 1998. Other lessees in the building are ATKB and WeCycle. VKA was advised in this transaction by Rob Swart Bedrijfshuisvesting.
