PingProperties renews lease with IKEA head office
01-12-2015
PingProperties recently renewed the lease with IKEA B.V. for the long term for the office building located at Paasheuvelweg 5 in Amsterdam. IKEA has its national head office here and leases the entire building, totalling approx. 2.800 m² of office space and 54 parking spaces.
IKEA has renewed the lease due to the office building’s excellent accessibility and superb location close to the IKEA store in Amsterdam Zuidoost, which is opposite the leased building on the other side of Gaasperdammerweg.
IKEA was formed in 1943. Since then the IKEA Group has grown to become a leading retail chain with 147,000 employees in 27 countries and an annual turnover of more than 28.7 billion euros.
Thanks to the good relations it enjoys with IKEA, PingProperties itself brought about the renewal of the lease.
