PingProperties welcomes 2 new lessees in Van Bylandt Huis in The Hague

PingProperties Office Fund I recently concluded 2 new leases for a total of approx. 2,000 m² of office space and 16 parking spaces in the Van Bylandt Huis building, located at Benoordenhoutseweg 46 in The Hague. KNCV Tuberculosefonds leases 1,500 m² and Itera 500 m² of office space. With this lease deal approx. 5,000 m² have been leased in the Van Bylandt Huis building and only the 3rd floor and part of the 2nd floor are still available.

PingProperties recently modernized the interior of the impressive office building to a high standard with new sustainable technology, while retaining the traditional image on the exterior. In addition, the old traditions and atmosphere have remained and the interior has been given a modern interpretation of the office environment of the thirties, which meets today’s requirements.
